This may seem like a happy-go-lucky cruise for the folks that weren't here for the last jump, but I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I'll be teaching classes for the school, but I think we're going to need some security protocols. Anyone interested can meet me at the Explorer Lounge where I'll be drinking my weight in booze, and then some. We can discuss there. Or here. I really don't care. It just needs to get done.

And dammit all, my horses better be okay when we get back.

I ain't judging. Shit, I'm still drinking and I don't plan on stopping for at least another day.

Was thinking we could set up some nightly patrols, figure out likely points of attack (if we get attacked). Escape routes. Shit we had to do on ops. And any contingency plans we can think of.

I can take some patrol shifts, don't sleep much anyway, and scout out what I can for potential points of attack. I'll see what I can finds in terms of a stronghold if things go sideways too.

Hey, can we get this post open to other superpowered types too? I think pooling our resources together will give us a better rounded group.

Knock yourself out. Wanted to get us "adults" situated before we brought the young ones in. You know how it can be.

Plus, gotta be careful about the widespread panic with the non-powered folks. We gotta keep them safe when shit goes down.

I'm good with keeping it to superpowered and 18+ for now, for those reasons. Just wanted to get the other supers with powers involved.
