When: Afternoon
When Zania finally got up, she pulled Lance into the shower with her, enjoying his company for a while longer before sending him on his way. She had a few things to do before the the hoe down that night, priority number one being baking something for everyone to enjoy. To get herself in the mood, she pulled on her cowboy boots and headed into the kitchen, dancing around the music as she began work on a blackberry cobbler. It had been a good day so far, one of the best in recent weeks, and there was little that could bring her down.

| Who: Clementine and Zania
Where: Their House
When: Just before dawn
Clementine had been really nervous ever since Zania’s text. She wanted to run out and see if she could find Zania, Lochlan, Skylar, Mannix or any number of other people, but she had been fairly warned and staying inside seemed logical even if she yearned to make sure others were safe too.
She’d tried spinning yarn but she hadn’t been able to focus properly and gave up about as soon as she tried. Mostly she just sat on the couch, picking at a loose thread on one of her knitted wraps while she waited for Zania to get home.

When: 2pm
Working the night shift put Zania at work around nine at night, getting her off work at five in the morning, just before dawn. If she fell into bed immediately, she still got eight hours sleep by one o’clock, but there were still a number of day-light hours to burn before she could safely set foot outside. Today she was using those hours to unpack, her room an explosion of boxes and clothes. The only thing she’d done prior to moving in was make black-out curtains to keep the cun out of her room. Looking at the mess on the floor around her, she still had a lot left to do.

When: Late afternoon
Where: Clementine’s house
Warnings: None
Clementine had had a nice day alone but she was hopeful that would change soon. Zania had gotten in touch with her regarding the ad she’d put out in the local paper and Clementine had been eager to meet her since they talked. She’d done some spinning, done some knitting, but after a while her attention went to cleaning the house and trying to make it presentable for Zania. She was eager to meet the girl in hopes that something would click and she’d have the empty room in her house filled. Living alone had never really been Clementine’s strong suit and although she’d held out here in the dome for a while, she was ready to have a roommate.
