I know that a lot of people consider SG1/SGA stories as crossovers already and coming from a fandom with a spin off as well that doesn't, I'm pretty easily frustrated with it. However, I will allow those stories here anyway as I should be going with what the fandom thinks. Since there will be tags (and hopefully memories) to sort by fandom, it shouldn't be too frustrating as well (not like my attempts trying to find crossovers with other fandoms and failing since 90% where SGA/SG1)
