Summary: At forty-two, Harry Potter finally felt it was safe to relax and enjoy his life, until his own life-long inability to resist a puzzle gets him into the sort of trouble only Severus Snape can fix.
Author's Notes: I'm not certain this is what you meant when you said plotty, Meri, but it was most definitely inspired by your prompt: 42 year old Harry must court/marry Snape for some very good reason. Oooh, lovely. I didn't guess who was responsible for the box, until right at the end, so that was a delightful surprise! And as an Australian, the reference to sticky-sweet chocolate bars was fun. The sex was delicious, and that moment when Snape burst in with his demands was wonderful!!

Ooo, I loved this. Al and Scorpius are just wonderful as both Severus's potions interns/assistants and as Cupids in the making. Points for bringing in a little technology. And yay for Severus and Harry playing them a bit as payback. The shop, Harry's realization about himself, the conversation with Ron about just who he might want to bond with ;) , Severus's willingness to 'sacrifice himself' :D , Draco's unwitting role and admiration for Scorpius's hidden Slytherin talents were all just perfect. Great job.

Oooh this was such a delicious read! LOVED the mystery, loved the fact that it was Al and Scorpius behind it, loved even more that Al and Scorp got together, and phoarr for hot snarry sex! Fantastic story!!

This story gave me a big smile when I really needed one today! Loved the boys conniving to get Harry and Snape together. And Snape showing up at Harry's door with his "demands"...just adored it!

I really liked the puzzle box--intriguing bit of magic, and I could visualize from your excellent description how it'd work. It was nice to read a Snarry that was Epilogue compliant, and especially, thanks for this thoughtful, warm and sane Ginny. I always think it's interesting how writers deal with Harry's dawning sexual awareness, and how you did it was so original.

Beautifully written, your Snape and Harry were both IC, and the sex was hawt. Wonderful job, mystery author, Meri's a lucky ducky!

I was a bit worried about reading an epilogue compliant fic, but I have to say I was pleasantly suprised by this one :) I've never really liked Ginny from the books, but your Ginny seemed so much more rounded.

Lovely and intriguing fic.

I really enjoyed the puzzle box and the way that Severus and Harry turned the tables on the scheming boys. And the relationship with Ginny was handled very nicely.

Oh, I love Al and Scorpius plotting to get Harry and Severus together. Good for Harry and Ginny to have an amicable divorce--I could really see them marrying young then outgrowing each other.
