Most wonderful work. I like that it's based from one where it was the mother who was the jealous one. I like that the Weasleys represent the 7 dwarfs (I had a brain issue and forgot how to spell dwarfs, lol) and the ending is perfect. Definitely a favorite story of mine!~Sophia

I very much like the part where Lockhart is Prince Charming and he married Cinderella. That was really quite funny. The Weasleys in place of the dwarves were also brilliant. Good job!

I was really happy to see the combination of prompt, genres and summary: I dived straight in! and enjoyed this ingenious version of Snow White, and your use of canon characters in various roles (the seven Weasleys! Ho ho). I hadn't run across the jealous-mother variant, though there are other tales where it's the mother who's wicked.

Though Lily seemed to have a pretty rough trot, as neglected daughter and oppressed step-daughter, and then as wife to a man willing to cater to her obsession with having a daughter, she'd have done better to scream at James than to decide to kill Harrie. Whether either she or James deserved the fate Remus laid on then at Severus's demand is another matter, but fairy tales are cruel, and there are no therapists around!

Harrie was an interesting mix of boy and girl; I'm glad you did that, rather than making him either the one or the other. Severus isn't exactly the bitter canonical Severus, but the prince hasn't had the half-blood prince's experiences to sour him.

I'd say Lils was just a wee bit barmy in this. I love the interactions between Sev and Harrie, and the Weasley's taking the place of the seven dwarves. This was just wonderful!!

I loved the little nods to canon, especially Hedwig, Hagrid, Lockhart as Prince Charming, the seven Weasleys, lol. Thank you for a delightful Snarrified fairy tale!

Squee! Plotty smex in darker - original - settings of Snow White. /Me/ happy!
I am sucker for proper characterization, and You made me very happy with Your well-rounded characters. It is easy to write good guy/bad guy; but each character have shades here, his/her own justification and pain.

This was a lovely re-working of Snow White. Harrie although a girl to begin with was so obviously more interested in male pursuits, I'm glad you didn't make him girly. Severus was brilliant as the Prince and nice touch making Remus the sorcerer. And the ending make James & Lily a doe and stag, very fitting. Thoroughly enjoyed this.

That was great and I love how Voldemort was the face in the mirror. I wonder if Lily would have tried to kill Harrie if she hadn't spoken to him?
And the seven Weasleys - genius!

Well done. Interesting fusion of the two worlds. I like that you chose to follow a more original version of the fairy tale than the hearts and flower Disney version.

This was inspired use of canon, my dear, but I very soon forgot that in the reading of it. If by creating a fairytale you intended to charm us, bewitch us and thoroughly enchant us, you certainly did so – with aplomb, I might add. I would wager that both Grimms are twitching in their graves, wishing they had made Snow White and the Seven Dwarves the slash story you have proved it should have been.

Oyez, oyez, oyez for Team Snitch! *rings bell*

Wow, it would have never occurred to me to take genderbending and start Harry out as a male...change him to a female...and then back again. You are a genius, teammate!

How much did I love the Weasleys as the Seven Dwarfs? 7 x ♥ (that's how much!) Using the original version of the fairy tale was great win too (I loved Lily being such a nutter!)

High fives you for nailing your prompts! Great job, fellow Snitch!

That was just excellent. So much fun, and so well written. You are too clever, and I was constantly surprised by the way you worked canon into your original world. And such a great fairytale tone, which isn't the easiest thing to achieve. Great job! I loved it!

This was a wonderful re-working of Snow White. Using the Weasleys in the place of the seven dwarves was a stroke of genius. Loved the brief nods to other legends like Prince Charming and Cinderella and the BBC version of Merlin (magic was outlawed in the kingdom).

As always, your sex scenes were unbelievably hot and I was pleasantly surprised to find I thought the het Snarry was every bit as well done as the slash. The ending was perfect. James and Lily's fate seemed appropriate and very much like what you would find in a fairy tale. Great job!

What a clever adaptation! I love the route you took in making Harry a boy who was (however unwittingly) masquerading as a girl vs making this a girl!Harry fic. Thank you for that. *g*
I love how you incorporated the HP universe' characters as well. Prince Charming of Lockhart made me literally LOL! I liked the role you gave Remus as well as the Weasleys *pets them*.
I could see this happening with Lily and James, and the final scene was perfect, actually. It felt like the best ending to the tale.
Well done! This was quite the fairy tale you spun for us. Thank you! :)

I especially liked your slightly mad Lily and Voldie in the mirror and confused Harrie failing to be a lady despite his/her best efforts. And the seven dwarves Weasleys and Remus working magic. And the sex - let's not forget the sex. Very original!

Excellent re-working of the classic tale. I really liked how you set it up - Narcissa cursing Lily, James forcing Poppy to perform the spell, Voldemort working his magic on Lily. It was all very well done. I love how Severus and Harrie click right off the bat, and the sex was very hot.

Excellent! I loved it! Gonna be honest, I was a little bit thrown when Lily found out Harrie was a boy and then wanted him killed. I thought you were going to go with Narcissa, who seemed to sort of disappear without explanation after Harry was born, but it was still excellent! I was even okay with the het scene and that's usually a huge squick for me! And I need to stop using exclamation marks. Oh well, go snitches!
