oh, wow

*is speechless*

I love the drawings, the story, the places you focused in (their eyes!). I love how you drew Snape and Harry. I love the message in the bottle. I love the little tidbit at the end.

This was awesome. I liked the older versions of Snape and Harry, and I really liked how you enhanced the pictures with camera movement animation.

This was really lovely - a lot of great images in there and so much emotion in the story. You picked a really wonderful song to go along with it, too. Great job with this, really.

Beautiful! It took me a while to catch on to what was happening, and I need to watch it again, but it shows a ton of love and care. The sketches are great.

This is absolutely amazing! I've watched it so many times and each time I get teary-eyed. You did a wonderful job with telling the story and making the narrative fit so well with the lyric/music. I love it!

Squeeeee you are soooo made of win. I think I mentioned it already in our comm, but it's worth saying again - SNAPE'S STUBBLE. GYAH. I LOVE IT SO. HOMG.

Your linework is so delicate and beautifully rendered, each line and stroke seems to add to the motion and feel of the story as it unfolds.

YAY TEAM DRAGON, WOOOOOOOO!!!!

Here via Beth's rec, and I'm so, so glad I gave this a try. (I don't usually read much Snarry.) This piece is so heartfelt and simple and direct and emotion-filled--fic/art at its best, investing the characters we know and love with new resonance. Also, I adore the fact that Al isn't obviously a boy or a girl, and it doesn't really matter. Brava! Maggie

Wot, I can't give it better than 9 all round?

This is lovely - so moving, so deceptively simple, all those tightly framed glimpses of hands and eyes and faces, and the apparent simplicity of being done in pencil. Simple, ha.

I've watched it three times now (the original, the youtube version, and the downladed one, because I know I'll want to return to it) trying to get the details - my eyesight makes that difficult. And each time I've seen more, got more involved in the story you tell.

I look forward to seeing the individual drawings when you post them, and to Femme's fic version.

Their kids are so damn sweet, and so lacking in hang-ups, which says good things about both of them as parents.

Add me to the legions of tearful snifflers. Everything was beautiful. Severus was beautiful, Harry was beautiful, the story was heartbreaking.

At first, this seemed too sweet (the music to be precise), and I didn't really take a good look. But after all the recs, I decided to sit down and actually watch. And well... Bravo! A very lovely story.

Wow. I've watched it twice now and each time its made me cry like a baby. Wonderful job. I think the music was a perfect choice and your Harry is exactly as I picture him all grown up.

Wonderful job :)

I had to take a pause from watching your remarkable work of art to dry my eyes. So I started reading the comments and got all emotional again. I just keep nodding in agreement with what people are saying, there’s nothing much left to add.

It’s memorable, touching and full of respect and love for the characters. A healing story about healing. And love. Even the Snarry kind of love.

The kids are adorable, so lively and ordinary, but not completely carefree. Poor Alstromeria, it’s heartbreaking to see her worry about Dad. One of my favourite moments is watching Severus at his desk and then seeing his daughter at the door. That’s when I start to cry every time.

Your Severus and Harry look great. I really appreciate the understanding and compassion you show towards them. It’s quite chilling to realize how very different their children’s lives are compared to what they have experienced. And yet there’s no lack of love between the fathers and their children. You’ve managed to convey their feelings beautifully with your drawings.

No doubt this is one of the most cathartic things I’ve seen since DH. It certainly melted my cynical heart.

Just devastatingly beautiful, all the way around. And Alstromeria? The name of a LILY?? *cries* You've ripped my heart out...in such a good way. I've watched this more times than I care to admit and I get emotional every time. Absolutely brilliant.
