Summary: Five years after the war and all is not well. The dream Harry had of a family, a happily ever after, was just that: a dream. Ginny has left him and his friends are caught up in building their own lives. With nothing more interesting than the latest Quidditch scandal to report on the media has turned to stalking Harry, documenting his slow descent into infamy. If only there were a way for him to escape their unwanted attention...

	Poor Harry... I guess the only time Snape will ever be nice to him is when he's polyjuiced into his mum, huh? Good thing he's a masochist, and likes the abuse! This was cute, and well done. I especially liked the Granger and Weasley show -- I can so see them being the sort of couple who fights constantly just for the makeup sex. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I LOVED this. I'm not sure I managed to tell you that when you posted snippets on the com, but this just made me giggle the whole time. This was so hot and angry, I'm glad in the end there was a happier resolution, at least of sorts. The perversity of the whole thing was very well sustained.

Sadly, I think this is one of the most likely post-war outcomes anyone has yet depicted. I can't say I like it; just that with all the unresolved hostility, past misunderstandings and violence, not to mention the complacent smugness in canon, this epilogue has a high probability of coming to pass. You depicted it really well.

I love this Ron and Hermione - evol me! They have *such* potential for becoming this kind of self-absorbed, inconsiderate, endlessly arguing couple! Also this Ginny. *sniffles* And yes, this still-clueless Harry. What *was* he thinking, polyjuicing into his Mom's teen-girl self and dressing in Ginny's clothes? So bizarre, so OMGWTF -- so Harry! This spiral into eww-ness (with the baby-stop! HAhahaha!) shows the reasons for Harry's drinking as much as the funny, sad, and head-shakingly realistic story opening. The psychological acuity of this story is awesome.

Most enjoyable is your vivid depiction of post-war Snape - his life, his disguise, and his own angry bitter futility, still driving him, yet still offset by his tough honesty and sense of fair play. He's still, always, protecting Harry & Lily, even while longing hopelessly for a life denied him, and taking out his anger on those who got what he could never have. Even though the dialogue in the bar was uneven (the non-native English problem I suspect), your visualization of Snape's world and the kind of people in it came across strongly.

The fact that Snape's back in this world, and recognized there as a good man, in his way suggests that Snape, at least, has come to terms with the long war and begun to build a new life afterward. (Even if his house shows a squalid and almost creepy suspended animation - the "noir" qualities of this story are equal to classic film!) At the end, I'm left hoping that he'll help Harry and himself both find a way forward into happiness (even if they both still fail at hygiene and housekeeping, lol).

All in all, a story that's very different in its uncompromising follow-through. Kudos for boldly taking us -- and all these characters -- on this rocky anti-Epilogue ride!

	In the loo, Snape's surprise at Harry's desire speaks volumes about his insecurity, and I just love it. This is all so perverse and well drawn; it feels right that they'd both try to escape as they do here. Kudos! (Reply to this) (Thread)

That was fantastic. I was totally amused by Harry's tendency to eat-the drinking was expected. How sad when he seemed to be clinging to Ginny. How twisted to polyjuice into his mother. I adored Snape, hiding (living?) as his cousin. And the sex between them-hot hot hot, both while polyjuiced and then at the end-GUH! Snape is a right bastard throughout at it's so perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Well done.

I enjoyed this so much, and I usually don't like sex-swap fic so it was an even more delightful surprise. I think because it was set up with so much humor, the Polyjuicing came across as just another half-worked-out idea of Harry's rather than some big serious meditation on gender, and he was so absolutely clueless about what it would be like to have an attractive female body. Snape-in-disguise was fantastic -- you have his voice spot on! And thank you for giving Dudley a moment as a hero. (And I really laughed that we both wrote fic set in pubs called the King's Arms. Were we communing?)

	Oh the hotness! Poor Harry. I did feel bad for him almost the entire story until he made his reservation for next Friday. :P Ginny was special, but Ron and Hermione were a surprise. I would have thought at least Hermione would have told Harry about the party, but whatever. Snape's a perfect bastard and I couldn't love him more for it. Great job! (Reply to this) (Thread)

What a delicious and twisted scenario, along with a sad but interesting take on one possbile post-war Harry that isn't done much. I noticed that both you and

cruisedirector used 'King's Arm'. Is that going to be a Team thing? :)

Enjoyable read, and just the anticipation of the reveal was almost as satisfying as the reveal itself, but not quite. That final scene was just plain yummy. Great job!

	excellent work with this fic. I love how the Polyjuice het sex didn't feel like het sex, but was het sex ^_^ Oh I really liked when Ginny visited Harry, that moment was very well written and painful to read, I could feel the awkwardness, and pain Harry was experiencing at that moment. From the few slip ups I was thinking that Marcus was Severus, but as time went on, I forgot about my assumption. I loved the reveal. It was brilliant.

And the Girl!Harry door sex, awesome. And I don't like girl!Harry either (I may now change my tune, so long as it's Boy!Harry in disguise as a girl).

Absolutely loved that comment that Snape made after the reveal and right before he left Harry. Brilliant.

This turned out so wonderfully! I enjoyed reading it the first couple of times around, and this time's no different. I still love the scene with them swinging in the playground so, so much. The subtle yearning that Snape has for something he knows he can never quite possess because "Hannah" is just not the real Lily, yet taking what he can get by swinging while holding hands with Harry... that scene gets me every time.

Of course, Snape the bastard is thoroughly enjoyable as well ;)
