You don't need me to state it to know it, glockgal, but you are -amazing-. I've got no vote, but I know what I'd give you if I could *just drools* Oh happy sigh. And the quote brought it together nicely. Just wow.

I love the colors and the composition. It's like a maelstroem of madness and obsession.

I think I like real Harry's face best, though. He's the perfect portrayal of sadness, hopelessness, defeat.

Very angsty, but very beautiful.

Wow, the first sketch is great and obviously is of a great artist like glockgal! I love the color dream but more than that the angst feeling in the Snarry at the bottom.

I love your style, and how all the details overlap and blend together.

What a wonderful entry to start the Games.

Glock, this is truly gorgeous! I love the montage effect with all those snippets of story, yet each scene complete in itself. There's so much movement within the work, so much intensity and you really catch their desperation. Lovely, lovely work!

Beautiful! The last pic of Harry breaks my heart. He looks just heartbroken. Wonderfully done - a great start to the Games!

This is amazing, and a perfect illustration to the story. I love the contrast in styles between the top and the bottom of the picture! I also love Snape's blank eyes and Harry's sad, weary face.

There's so much going on in the picture that I think I pick out a new wonderful detail every time I look at it.

What strikes me most about this entry is the...differences of each memory. I don't know how to explain it in artsy terms, but each set of Snarry's in Harry's dream/memories seem to be slightly different. There's the misty and vaguely unreal Snape, the floaty water-Snarry, the bold and angry Harry, the long-drawn, slightly romantic looking couple. I love it! It gives the whole piece such depth, and breaks my heart a little.

Wow, many lovely scenes and textures. I think that's my favorite element of this picture. It feels like each was done with a different style or different set of media. It's really fascinating all together. Beautifully done, even if it is angst XD

OH. I can't vote, and you're on the "other" team. But this is so, so lovely. Excellent work, [info]glockgal! I adore how you used a couple of different styles of art here, like the sketch in the center, vs. the patterns in the background. The thing I'm most in love with is Snape's outfit...the details! Love.

What can i say? Loved the the light/dark contrast, the colours (that blue background is awesome), the body positions, the face expressions (especially Snape's blindness and Harry's pained expression), and Draco in behind while those two get going at it.
And details, many details!
The art makes justice to the fic!

I'm really impressed! I love your versions of Snape and Harry. I especially like the Harry that's tied up, he looks as he's described in the story! I love Snape too, he looks so worn out and I love his hair!

What an excellent start to the Games! Let me say once again this is fantastic! The composition, the colours, the mood, everything. And the hotness in the upper left corner - guh. Love it!

Amazing image, as always! I love the variations of style in the dream images.

I'm obviously going to have to go read this fic now. ^^;;

Gorgeous work Glock! The composition and the color is fantastic! The look on Harry's face at the bottom is perfect...like he's looking back with sorrow and regret. Brilliant ♥

I hardly know where to begin, aiieee! I want to marry the way the quote at the bottom ties in with the title and brings the whole composition into its own story. I could imagine Harry in the chair is remembering these things, or fantasizing about what-might-have-been--but there is something about the Snape at his right shoulder, the continuity of him with Harry-in-the-chair, that makes me think he's the concrete one, the one that's there now. I LOVE the matching amulets they're wearing in the intimate image! And--okay, whatever you intended it to be, that ghostly figure on the bottom right is Draco, or the ghost of him. In pyjamas. Has to be. Which is giving me all sorts of H/S/D imaginings, yay!! Gorgeous. Haunting. So perfectly fanonically and angstily Snarry. &hearts

I must confess that I'm not the biggest fan of angst. But that doesn't keep me from being very impressed by this beautiful piece.
