First I want to thank [info]severed_lies for the July contest theme. 
I wish if there were more entries about Severus' vacation. Such a lovely prompt... *wistful*
I love all the pictures, my personal favourite was the Nosed Sphinx by [info]protowilson .

It's time to announce the theme for the next contest:
What do you think about Snape's pet?
A familiar during his schoolboy years? A useful creature providing him with potion ingredients?
Black and morose like him? Or, on the contrary, a fluffy cute one? Magical or muggle?
Don't worry if you can't draw. The winner will be the most fitting familiar, just make us see the truth *wink*
I would like to see creatures enough for a zoo :D

    I have to admit, I thought the Sphinx was going to win, too. ;-) Not that I let it stop me from adding my own entry! But Severus relaxing on the beach with a stack of books was very appealing. I honestly don't know how anyone can choose among the entries, because I enjoy all of them.

    Anyway, I think I have an idea for this month's contest... it just needs a good caption...

    I love this - Severus the pet-walker. I really love your silhouettes, and this is the best one so far!

      *gggg* I meant to draw a "Keep your dog on leash" pictogram but 1. added the nose 2. added the robe 3. added the buttons and now it doesn't look like a pictogram anymore but I'm back to silhouettes again :D *feelssilly*
