For everyone who wanted to be at the car race today...
This post is for you! (The race was open to anyone and everyone, btw, so long as they could drive a car)

Tony had disqualified himself from winning since he was the one giving away the prize money, obviously, so I trust the rest of you to suss out amongst yourselves who may have one/did anyone get hurt/drop out. In other words, this is a brief plotting post! I've glossed over the actual race (fifty laps around the track which surround the fairgrounds) in the log posted here, but that log is open for anyone whose characters were there to respond to in separate threads. Just mark in the subject of your initial thread post whether or not the thread is open to anyone or for one character in particular.

So, plot and questions here, and yay for massive amounts of character interaction!

EDIT: Jenni is obviously the smart mod. I'm going to grab a list of everyone who's racing, and run the names through a randomiser, if everyone is okay with that?

	werd. Since Bob's last '55 Chevy was wrecked, I'm going to guess he played it a little safe today, especially if some of the others below (i.e. Rex and Jack) drove as recklessly as they said they might). Drive-by plotting before bed:

- Rex raced, but as his own car is still being worked on to take 60s fuel, drove a 1959 Cadillac Coupe DeVille.
- Because I am car-dumb and only pretend to know what I'm talking about with the help of wiki, I'm going to say that the Coupe was modified, and Rex worked some future-technology mojo with current-technology parts.
- If you've seen the Speed Racer movie, you'll know how stupid awesome their racing is. Therefore it's totally possible for a little reckless driving, and if you'd like your character's car to clip/be clipped on the track, let me know :D
- Placement: top 5?

Jack drives sort of like a maniac and he has no problem taking other people out if necessary -- no offense to anyone else in the race, Ianto & Gwen will attest to Jack's horrible and maniacal driving skills. So I figure he would have placed at least in the Top 3.

I'm even humble enough to say third. I'm pretty sure he ended the race with the car on it's roof. Much to Gwen and Ianto's dismay.

	Roger can be a bit of a maniac when driving and his car is heavily customized. But his racing experience is not big and he may have played safe as to keep his vehicle in top shape so I don't see him taking top price unless he was really lucky. My brain is not working correctly. Just had cold medication. Hopefully this made sense. (Reply to this)

	Guess I should pay attention to things. Misty's a trained combat driver and is apparently at home among a group of insane drivers. She's also just uh. A lot competitive And will fuck you up if you clip her. (Reply to this)
