Because it's especially relevant now: MEN KILLED BAMBI'S MOTHER!
I want chocolate cake!!!!
There have been more posts about positive and good Bat-Family interactions and stories and fights so I'm mostly content. I kind of want to see scans of of my other obsession; Dracula. Mostly from Tomb of Dracula and Captain Britain & MI:13. I need a breather from the current 'romantic vampire' takes on vampires and Dracula is far from the traditional 'mopey, woo is me a vampire' type.
More Franco-Belgian stuff!
I'm not sure what set it off but I've found myself on a Gambit kick and looking for scans and stories featuring him.
I'd like to see superheroes interacting with kids.

Never requested anything here before but umm...
I'd like to request a scan of of when Deadpool supposedly met the Young Avengers during Civil War and commented on how 'nubile' they were. I can't seem to find it myself so I thought maybe you all here could help?
The Doctor Who magazine strip Ravens, in which the Doctor hires a ninja to kills some evil youths. It was published in issues 188-190.
Some "Batman: Year Two" stuff'd be nice, but not the Alan Davis bits - the Todd McFarlane bits.

Does anyone have the issue of Sal Buscema's Incredible Hulk from the late 80's that Mike Mignola inked? I know that sounds crazy but I'm certain I read my little brothers copy (that was since lost forever.)

Anything from
The Bloodstone hunt Cap storyline
70's Tomb of Dracula
Hercules in the 25th Century (Bob Layton I think did it?)
Buscema/Stern Avengers run
Waid Cap run (Sharon Carter's return)
Captain Britain Weekly (or anything by Moore or Alan Davis)
70's Guardians of the Galaxy
Roger Stern and Paul Smith run on Doctor Strange
Masters of Kung-fu
the Booster Gold and Blue Beetle anti-AIDS PSA.
Do you guys have the scans of that kid who looks for his dog outside a detention camp from WW2 and then foils a evil plot of a man with a hook for a hand? That seems like a great PSA comic, it doesn't come off as preachy yet it speaks a powerful message at the time.
I would like to request a scan of the new Cinderblock in Titans # 17 as well as a scan of the Teen Titans in last weeks issue of Wednesday Comics.

I need to know why people like Clint Barton to bits. If you can throw in his relationship with Bobbi (sans Phantom Rider), it would be good too. Cheers!

A Victor Borkowski post would be nice. He had a big following on scans_daily 1.0, but I don't think any of that stuff was reposted. Particularly Karma helping him to deal with Northstar's death.

A completely forgotten hero or series. F'r example, Major Bummer. (I didn't actually like Major Bummer.)
Can anybody post stuff of the Silver Sorceress and Blue Jay from their first appearances? I've never seen it, just heard of them and their Marvelish planet.
After recently becomeing obsessed with star wars through the Legacy comic I have grown a hankering for some good star wars humor. Particualarly one comic I saw on the old sd that featured characters called Tag and Bink.

Oooh. How about that Initial D parody with subway trains?
I'd like to see some scans from the Road to Perdition graphic novel. I liked the movie and I'd like to see if it's worth tracking down.
Also anything involving The Tick!

Tasmanian Devil from Detective Comics 852 (or any old Super Friends appearances of Tas or Bushmaster)
Kyle Raynor from last year's DCU Halloween Special
Frogs of Central Park (of Throg/Thor fame) in Doctor Strange #2 (they fight Dormannu apparently) Also from Thor 502 I think when they say goodbye to Thor before he fights Onslaught
Woodrue (Floronic Man) from Swamp Thing 166, 167 and 169 (170 has been posted)
Justice 2099 from Spider-man 2099 Annual 1

I don't even need this so much as a scan, just trying to find it.
It's an apocolyptic X-Men mag, with the only surviors being Wolverine and some other people. Wolverine has his legs bent and thus is in a wheelchair. At the end, he's set on fire repeatedly for hours by the person who was pushing the chair. I know I have it somewhere, but cannot remember what issue. Amazingly, "logan, wheelchair" gets no hits. |
