I like Bork - he strikes me as very human. Too many of these hulking, muscular types are either rampaging morons like the Hulk, or ironic supergeniuses. All too few of them strike me as actual, believable characters that you could run across while walking down the street - offhand, the only others I can immediately think of are the Thing and Concrete. This guy, on the other hand, seems more relatable. He's someone who made a wrong call earlier in his life that not only got him sent to prison, but mutated him into a hulking freak. It's kind of a physical metaphor for the whole 'one bad decision can change your life' thing. He's not a bad guy - he loves his ma, and he keeps his promises - he just took a turn down the wrong road.
