Never really had an opinion on Mark Waid before today. Sure, I felt bad for the guy for being jipped over Superman TWICE (told he'll never write it after the Superman 2000 pitch and then told he CAN write it when Didio and Robinson fell out only to be kicked to the kerb when they kissed and made up) but before this I didn't feel strongly about him either way.

But if he's putting himself and the company out there like this (yes, even with all the irritatingly quick cuts) then you've got to respect the guy. If he's so vocal about his support for the title and his belief in it, I think I might have to go pick it up.

... from the back issue bin. Boo to not hearing about this before.

Yet I'm still uninterested.

That's very cool, but I wish they were waiting a month or a week to post a new issue. People are terrible at buying something when they can get the *entire* product for free... if the real copy comes out a little bit earlier, then at least you get everyone who can't wait to read more of the storyline.

Hmm. Skimmed through it at the store, decided it was a bit self-involved..I might read it again. :)
