Verily, Thor SHALL tame these ferocious felines
I have to say that this is possibly the first comic I have ever bought with the express purpose of posting it here...

So without further ado, from the pages of Spider-Man and Friends #37 may I present, the Marvel heroes (and a couple of villains) as you've probably never seen them before..





Iron Man is VERY excited, because he wants to be apart of the circus, but doesn't know what act he can perform. He and Spider-Man go to see what acts are still untaken.

High wire act? Storm is doing that, because she likes being high up in the air. So that one's out.

Clowns?



Isn't that just the cutest little Rhino EVER? And people say Cap has no sense of humour.

Lion Tamer? (This next image is the one that made me KNOW I had to buy this comic for S_D)

Thor, Odinson, the Scion of Asgard showing that he truly IS one worthy of Mjolnir...



"Precious" is not the word. :D

Juggler?



Actually, that would be kind of cool to see, no? I used to have a flatmate who could juggle five balls, and when her game was on, six, but with four extra arms...

Strongman? They already have by the Thing and the Hulk for that, and Spider-Girl is the trapeze act since she likes swinging around so much. That leaves only one job that Spider-Man thinks Iron Man would be up for...

Now depending on whether this is pre-or post- Civil War, I'd be careful how much I trusted Spider-Man on THIS one.

I won't spoil the end for anyone who was wondering if it all ended happily, but I'm already pushing the panel limit for a four page comic, alas.

I've seen little books like this before. I have a totally squeesome scan from it that somebody posted at scans_daily 1.0, with Iron Man and Cap getting into an argument over what game to play and splitting up sides, and Spiderman was all, "BUT I LIKE PLAYING BOTH GAMES!" It was like Civil War, except a lot more awesome in all respects cuter.

Note that 'with all his arms, Doctor Octopus makes a super juggler', but as far as we can see, he's only using his regular two. Also, Thor and the pussycats is pretty damn cute. And should be the name of a band.

Oh, LOL. That made me laugh.

His other flailing arms remind me of one of those advertising thingys usually outside of a rental storage facility or car dealership that they fill with air and the thing's little arms go crazy.

Yeah. Here they're mostly one tube with a face on it and tons of streamers, but same basic principle.
