Male bonding on the love boat- 'Three of a Kind'
lightbrigade's post reminded me of a story that ran through the Green Lantern, Green Arrow and The Flash comics many years ago entitled 'Three of a Kind.' It was essentially about the three younger heroes bonding on an Alaskan cruise (and fighting some villains along the way). This leads to some interesting speculation on life, love and if Connor is still a virgin.

I'm sure we're supposed to be thinking that J'onn is referring to their fighting and general trouble making, but he could also believe that this cruise is just an excuse to do some 'exploring,' and he's just not interested.

They explore the ship for a bit, and Kyle discusses the status of his relationship with Donna (with Wally offering some insight). This leads to a conversation about past relationships and the fairer sex in general. Much to Connor's discomfort the other two are obviously curious about his status.

They're hassled by some guys and eventually find out there are villains on the ship (superheroics ensue).

In short, Kyle is a lovable dork, Connor is adorable and Wally is...I like Wally.

I actually hope that they'll use the ghost stuff in continuity.

	Most comics require ACTION, and so it appears all the time. It has to truly be special to register, most of the time. But for fans who enjoy the characters, characterization, interactions, and things of that sort, well, that happens rarely. So when it happens, yay! (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Oh, I don't know...Dick is in a different league, I'll give you that, but I think the three could give Roy a run for his money. Particularly Connor, that boy is absolutely delectable (more so when sporting the proper skin tone). (Reply to this) (Parent)

	I'd argue that one loses points for the light skin tone, but I just can't argue with a happy Connor. Or Kyle's exaggerated hip. I wish that site I used to go to that had some nice art of those two hadn't gone down. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It was a Japanese site, I think it was an offshoot of Wingnuts Workshop. What I liked about it is it had a lot of characters other than just the Batfamily, who seem to dominate Japanese sites.
