More reasons to love the Middleman
Apparently, most people don't know that much about the Middleman.

The Middleman and his new young sidekick are on a mission.

I find the Middleman irrationally sexy, especially when he's wearing his special glasses.

I can't believe that people don't know about Middleman! Where have you people been?! "Damn fine cow squirt" is one of the single best lines to ever appear in the annals of sequential literature.

So much love for the comic (and the TV series, too!)

Wow, this is pretty close to the tv episode. Does the graphic novel cover more story than the show got to, or are they about even?

IIRC, the first few episodes of the TV series covers the three Middleman comic stories. Further episodes are new plots. The first episode was pretty cool, 'cause it was pretty much verbatim from the comic. Amazing how easy is was to adapt. (Though the comic book discussion was understandably different.)

I have this comic. It took me six months of failed/lapsed/misplaced/oops-was-that-yours-I-sold-that-book-to-somebody-else-sorry/et cetera orders. This comic was my white whale for a time. But I have it.

The DVD set of the TV series is coming in July. Stateside, at least. It is not yet showing up on the Canadian retailers' websites. I do not know why. But I SHALL GET A COPY, so help me I will, though Hell and zombie fish may bar the way.

Curse you Daily_scans, for hooking me onto another comic/TV show. I am now watching all the episodes online and hankering for the comic series. Damn you indeed.
