Hello all! I've returned! Celebrate with me would you? I give you some context from "What Were They Thinking?!"

Aquaman didn’t always have an alter ego, historically. Heck, even after the “reveal” that he was Arthur Curry, he still didn’t have a “secret” ID.

Still, he experimented.

“Gosh, no-one will EVER guess this!”

Best part? They didn’t recognize him.

More fattening than fattening cake?

I find that unlikely.

wait...What if the 40 cakes Lex Luthor was stealing (and that's terrible) were fattening cakes, which he intended to feed to Lois Lane so she'd be too heavy for superman to lift. Thus giving him a hernia when he tried to save her.

THAT BASTARD.

And the next week, Kal-El had to go undercover in a soup kitchen.

Cut to Batman walking in and asking, "Does any one here know a Mr. Soup R. Man?"

What's really funny is that the old sailors and riff-raff knew who Aquaman was right away -- anyone who sails the seas knows him -- but they weren't sure who the two strangers were. "Captain Marvel, right? And the Green Hornet?" "No, he'd have Tonto with him."
