That's not bad poetry, actually - I mean, it's far from GREAT poetry, but there are some nice rhymes in there. Rhyming 'typhoons reckless' with 'necklace' is pretty inspired. While the Joker did get terribly overused during his early years, the sheer amount of stories that he was in means that even in the ones that have nothing whatsoever to do with his modus operandi, he still came up with some pretty cool tricks. Fake bells full of soap chips that expand into a foam of bubbles with the squirt of a seltzer bottle? That's friggin' ingenious.
