Pellaeon is definitely patient. He's also loyal. Loyal to worthy leaders and his beliefs. Pellaeon stuck with the Empire and just about made it work, basically by sticking with the authoritarianism but chucking the rule by concentrated Evil (what should I call that, "Malocracy?")
