[as you pass through the ruined archway ... you begin to see buildings in the gloom. most shapes are far too dark to make out from here, but there are several of them, each available for exploration. turning your torch left and right reveals a crumbling wall extending in both directions; a stalagmite extending most of the way to the ceiling is also here, positioned in a way very similar to a watchtower...]

	[the building is quite solid, other than the crack nearly bisecting the place. a boxy stone object is here -- a counter, perhaps -- and a second room behind it, blocked by a heavy stone. strangely grooved stones are in front of this door, though you'll have to get closer to see what they say.] (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
