Challenge in Two Parts -- Stories Posted!
ETA: The reveal of authors and artists is here, with images, and here, without images.

Well, it was a true marathon of posting... five and a half straight hours of it. But all 41 stories written for the artwork created in the first phase of the "Challenge in Two Parts" are now posted.

And thanks to the amazing authors of this fandom, we have at least one, and often more than one, story for every single banner submitted. I pretty much can't believe it.

I'm going to be honest, given that it's almost 4 in the morning, it's entirely possible that I made a mistake somewhere. If I failed to post your story, or got the banner image wrong, or did something else amazingly stupid, please do two things:

1. Tell me, so I can fix it in the morning.

2. Forgive me.

I was going to actually embed the banners themselves into the master list, but I realized that would be unbelievably huge for anyone on dial-up or using an older computer. So instead, I'll simply link to the stories, grouped by banner number.

The master list of banners and artists is here.

All authors and artists will be revealed on Thursday. Until then, we ask that they not claim their work, reply to comments on it, or cross-post it.

Thank you to everyone who participated: artists, authors, and betas. Thanks also to [info]_alicesprings for allowing me to host this challenge in her community, and for all her help.

I'd also like to thank [info]vamphile for compiling all the stories and banners into a database and then patiently explaining to me how to read the database and then realizing I can't read a database and just telling me what I needed to know.

holy crap! FOURTY-ONE stories!!??? At least one for EVERY banner!?!? This is phenomenal! This is incredible! This fandom is riduculously awesome!

And, you know, you (and vamp) are pretty cool for putting the whole thing together :) THANK YOU SO MUCH XIE! 41 new fics. I just, I'm, I I... *squeeeee!!!*

because of the ridiculous amount of work you put on this, i'm just going to say thank you for an AMAZING job, and save the giving you a hard time for worrying so much part for later

Really outstanding, Xie. Thank you so much. I can't wait to read all of these when i get back from vacation.

Amazing. This is one of the most creative and well, challenging, challenges that's happened since I joined fandom. I can't squee enough about the banners and I know the fics are going to be as spectacular. I've read a few now and skimmed some others. Again...simply amazing.

I've had time to read a few of the fics this morning and am just in awe at how incredible they are. The artists, writers and you have really outdone yourselves. And OMG Yay!!! 41 fics!!! So looking forward to doing nothing but reading over next few days....

I realized in all the hurried dash and then being unavailible yesterday, i may not have said... OMG, you rock, these rock, and the amount of work you did was genuinely awe inspiring.

I'm bookmarking this page, that way i can find them all, and make sure i read them all and stuff.
