Final Fantasy VII, Sephiroth/Cloud, crossdressing, "Dance with me."
He hadn't recognized the boy until he'd seen the face. It was one of the troopers, young, flustered, clearly embarrassed. In his current attire, he looked more like he was sky, a wallflower dragged along to a function she hadn't been prepared for.
He had to admit he'd overlooked him more than once because of that. But now that he'd noticed, he had to know why. Had the boy lost a bet? had he been tricked into it?
Either way, he did it well. Slipping around the room, it took him time to reach the well feminized blond, and when he did, his approach was far from subtle, his hand offered in a way that some would consider romantic, but he knew that the boy would see as demanding. He meant it as nothing less after all. "Dance with me."
He got a hesitation either way, but he waited, and got the boy's gloved hand. He didn't ask who gave him the clothes, it was odd enough to see him in them. Instead, he drew him onto the floor, pleased the song was one where he had excuse to pull the boy close so he could speak with him. Not to say that the boy was relaxed. No, he was staring, horrified, and stiff in his hold.
Having been raking his mind since he saw the boy's face, he finally lit on the name, and dipped his head so only the boy would hear it. "Cloud Strife, wasn't it?" The further stiffening told him it was. "What are you doing here, and in a dress?"
Blue eyes turned to his, slightly panicked, but he didn't bolt. He could say he was impressed by that, most would. Instead, the boy ducked his head on a bright flush. "I lost a bet sir."
"And how did you get in?"
"A Turk was the one I lost a bet to sir."
"I see." He moved their dance at that point, leading the boy away from the floor, to a side room, out of view and notice with careful maneuvering. He noted that the boy was so fixed on his feet eh didn't even realize what he'd done until they stepped onto carpet.
At that point, the boy's face jerked up, and his voice was a squeak. "Sir?"
"You make a very convincing girl."
"Sir... You still recognized me."
"After a few passes. You're very distinct. It took me this long to realize how I knew you." He moved a hand up to cup the boy's cheek and hummed. "Tell me, did you have help with this?"
"I um... a friend."
"Really? Just a friend?
"It's a girl, but she's another friend's girlfriend and she promised not to tell him." He ducked his head, a blush painted over his face.
"You think you would be made fun of?" The boy shook his head. "Oh? And what do you think would happen then?" If anything, the boy's ears turned even more pink. "Well?"
"Ah... Um. Nothing sir. He'd just know sir."
"Why the flush?"
"I-... Nothing sir."
"What were you imagining Cloud? Was it something lewd, or simply embarrassing?"
If anything, the blond ducked his head further, leaving him to view the line of his neck as it dipped down into the dress. However, he said nothing, and he slid a hand up along that line of neck then forward to tip the boy's mortified eyes into his line of sight. "Sir?"
"Cloud." He didn't say anything more, studying the expression, then dipped his head and pressed a careful kiss to the boy's lips. If he wanted to refuse, he could.
He didn't. No, the boy was shockingly reactive to the light touch, pressing up on his toes almost immediately, and it took him a moment to compensate for that, to settle the boy back as he broke the kiss.
"No?" The boy looked worried he'd made a mistake now. Wonderful. "It's because I'm in a dress right? Remembered I'm a boy? I'm sorry. I should go back out there, nobody knows me but someone will notice and-"
He drew the boy into another kiss to cease the sudden attack of rambling, and this time when he lifted his head, there was silence. "This time, I make it a question. Dance with me Cloud?"
The boy's eyes went wide, and his blush intensified, but he nodded once, slightly jerky. Taking that as permission enough, he led him further from the gathering. He would take the boy home, and from there... Well, if the boy was agreeable, they would go all manner of places from there.
