Kingdom Hearts Zack/Cloud worshipful actions, he had to reassure himself that it was real
Warning for schmoop (surprising, I know).

He still wasn't sure he wasn't dreaming.
Zack's chest was warm and smooth beneath his hands, hard muscles under velvet skin that rose and fell in time with the breath puffing gently across Cloud's cheek. Cloud pressed closer, Zack's purr of contentment rumbling through both of them as he leaned in for a kiss that made Cloud's spine want to melt right through the floor. Which, he remembered, was only par for the course with Zack.
He let himself drift lower, relearning the unbroken line of Zack's body with fingers and teeth and tongue. Zack's skin tasted faintly salty - nothing at all like the tang of darkness - and Cloud's contented sigh gusted across the damp trail his mouth had left, making firm muscles twitch.
"Cloud," Zack breathed, reverent and patiently hungry, and Cloud found himself smiling as he fastened his mouth around one nipple and tried to make Zack writhe.
Zack's broad hands were roving aimlessly across Cloud's back, curving round his ribs and spanning the width of his shoulders - broader than the last time they'd been together - and Cloud tried not to think about how soft they were, the hard calluses of near-constant sword handling nowhere in evidence. They brushed the sharp ridge of skin on Cloud's left shoulder blade and he cringed, hating the reminder of all the darkness inside him. He wondered if Zack had one too, whether the darkness had tried to tear his mind apart like it had Cloud's, but couldn’t bring himself to curl his hand around Zack's back to find out. He wasn't really sure he wanted to know.
"Hey," Zack murmured, and Cloud glanced up to find Zack smiling at him with the same warm fondness that had haunted Cloud's dreams ever since the Shadows had swallowed Radiant Garden and taken Zack with it. "It's just me," Zack reassured him, hands leaving Cloud's shoulders to settle on his waist, fitting them neatly together. "And just you. Trust me."
And that really shouldn't have been enough to calm him but Zack had always had a secret talent for knowing just what he needed. And right now, he needed Zack, so much so that he didn't even care if this was a dream after all.
"Gods I missed you," Zack whispered. "It's good to be home."
As long as Zack was here, he didn't even need to wake up again.
