“You might as well come out from under that cloak, Severus. I know you’re here.”
Remus called into the vast emptiness of the staff bathroom. It was Thursday and Remus’ usual day to enjoy the gigantic tub, more like a pool, without interruption; the rest of the week he used the shower in his quarters. This was the third week that Severus had come to watch him.
The first week Remus had scented Severus, but imagined the man had come and gone simply without bathing. A few days later he had learned from Harry that Severus had confiscated his invisibility cloak.
The second time Severus’ scent was stronger and Remus noticed a breath of air, a slight distortion and the feeling that someone was watching, closely. He made certain he put on a good show washing and swimming.

"Stupid Gryffindor seduction techniques." The still muffled voice drifted toward Remus.
"Seduction? All right." Remus glided through the water to the tub's edge, stood up and leaned against it. Remus grinned and slid back into the water to meet Severus halfway.
