Periclitatio Role Play Game Asylum

Wherever you were a moment ago, you find that you are no longer there. Instead, you are on a beach, laying in the warm sand. Beside you is a tupperware container, but other than that, there's nothing you can see but sand, sea oats, and the ocean.

It's warm, sunny, and very pleasant, but it also looks very abandoned and lonely. This isn't a beach that sees sunbathers every day. It's a wild beach, sculpted by the wind and water alone. The only sounds are the gulls and the waves crashing ashore.

In the tupperware box, you find your choice of smartphone, a canteen full of water (that refills itself when you drink it), a bottle of sunscreen, and a note:

WELCOME TEST SUBJECT. THE MAP ON YOUR PHONE WILL TAKE YOU TO THE VILLAGE WHERE YOU WILL FIND ADEQUATE SUPPLIES AND SHELTER FOR YOUR NEEDS. THE CANTEEN WILL REFILL ITSELF WHEN IT IS EMPTIED, AND WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP YOURSELF ADEQUATELY HYDRATED. YOU WILL NEED IT. OUR SOURCES TELL US THAT WHEN YOUR SORT IS NOT ADEQUATELY HYDRATED YOU CEASE TO FUNCTION. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO US.
YOU WILL NOT BE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN TESTS AND TRIALS DURING YOUR FIRST WEEK AT PERICLITATIO, AS WE ARE TOLD THAT YOUR PSYCHOLOGY REQUIRES TIME TO ADJUST TO NEW SITUATIONS. SO ADJUST AND STAY HYDRATED. WE LOOK FORWARD TO TESTING YOU.
