House walked into the kids section of oncology to find Wilson at a table with some kids. A few had hair, but they would lose it soon. They were cutting paper, and Wilson was talking to them. House rolled his eyes and sat down next to Wilson.
“What are you doing?”
Wilson looked up from his paper and said, “What does it look like?”
“Cutting paper?”
“Making snowflakes. Go back to your office.”
“Since when do you get to act like Cuddy?” One of the older girls at the table laughed at this.
Wilson didn't say anything, and continued cutting paper. When House hadn't left, he turned to him and said, “What do you want?”
“You.”
Wilson leaned over and whispered in House's ear,” Not now. Later!”
House sighed and stood. “If you're going to be that way, I might as well go back to your office and wait."
“Fine...Wait. Why my office?”
It was too late. House was already gone.

Around three, Wilson walked into his office to find it plastered in paper snowflakes. Paper snowflakes on the floor, on the walls, and even on the ceiling. He looked at his sofa to find a House-shaped pile of them. Wilson grabbed one and House's sleeping face was there.
House opened one eye and said,”Look at them.”
“What do you mean look at them? I've seen them! They're everywhere! How am I going to clean this up?”
“You've seen them, but did you look?”
Wilson sighed and looked. Some had heart shapes, some had circles, some had triangles; they were all different.
“They're all different. How did you not copy yourself?”
House jumped up from his snowflakes, scattering them on the floor. “I'm just good, admit it.”
“You got your team to help you?”
“Nope. I'm just a genius at paper snowflake making.”
Wilson went to his desk to find a large one with hearts.
“That one's for you, the rest are mine!” House was now laying in the floor, waving his arms and legs.
“What in the hell are you doing?”
“Snow angels! Get down here and join me!”
Wilson put his snowflake on the desk and joined House.
It was sometime before they were caught. Cuddy knocked on the door and opened it to find House and Wilson making-out in the paper snow. They stopped and looked at her.
“I'm not even going to ask,” She said. “What you do in your office is your business.” She laid some files on the desk and left.
House shrugged and they continued to kiss.
