WHO: Jaina Solo and Leia Organa
WHAT: Mother and daughter meet up to get very, very drunk chat.
WHEN: Shortly after this.
WHERE: A random bar
RATING: TBD
STATUS: In Progress
Although Jaina had already met, over the message boards, another version of her mother, she had to admit she was a little less apprehensive about meeting this one face to face. This Leia was older and, while not yet a mother herself, was certainly closer to that point than her younger version had been. And, while Jaina had never been particularly close to her mother, she was grateful the woman was now around. If there was one thing Leia Organa (not yet Solo) could do, it was make sense of a senseless situation.
Making her way to the location where Leia said she was waiting, Jaina idly wondered just what, exactly, the woman had been doing before arriving here. Was she on her way to some mission or another, or just out for a ride in the Falcon? It wasn't a question she would likely ask, but it was one some part of her wondered about nonetheless. Especially when she thought about what her mother was likely wearing, and the amount of people on this planet that would recognize her at first sight.
Jaina, meanwhile, was clad in the jumpsuit she'd had packed away in her bag aboard her ship when she'd arrived here. She'd considered her Jedi robes, briefly, but had opted against them for the time being. Her lightsaber still hung at her side though, of course; she wasn't about to go anywhere without it even if it did make her stick out a bit. Although she was keeping her signature in the Force masked somewhat as she maneuvered the city streets, knowing it wouldn't keep Exar Kun from finding her but would at least give her a few seconds of warning before he managed it.
Finally reaching the bar, the young woman pushed open the door and stepped inside. The bartender glanced up, his face set into a scowl, and Jaina frowned lightly back at him... until she realized his likely reason for scowling in the first place. For there sat Leia, at the bar, and obviously not very pleased if the look on her face was any indication.
Suppressing a smirk, Jaina crossed to them and questioned, "I take it there's some kind of problem?" Her steady brown-eyed gaze flickered from her mother, to the bartender, and back again.
