Two things have been pretty much constantly been happening to Tony since September: 1. Oh god this is all my fault this is terrible I've killed everyone and also the universe is massive and I am tiny and insignificant 2. HOLY SHIT SPACE LOOK AT ALL OF THIS SPACE STUFF TECHNOLOGY ALIENS
so just lowkey bipolar But outwardly that means mostly having a damn good time building/maintaining a space station/exploring/stealing space technology and responding sexually to it. Depending on political happenings on the space station, obviously Tony is in some kind of exclusive position of power since this is all his shit, but I'm not 100% sure how that translates yet except that the whole place is kind of a creepy Orwellian reality where everything has a STARK label on it and everyone has to be kind of dependent on whatever incarnation of Stark this now is. It might just be Resilient and Pepper is in charge, because that's a good image for this new chapter in their lives. We are Resilient! Pepper would make better choices at this juncture, anyway. That is too much power for Tony to have. As a space-politics position though, Tony is definitely of the mind that this is a rocky but necessary step in their societal evolution and doesn't necessarily plan on returning to Earth. Expanding galactic diplomacy is his long term goal. He might have upset some people on this personal journey.
On the superhero front: Tony's Iron Man issues got convoluted and no one else is addressing the Avengers??? Oh wait that might be Jasper's job. Okay well still let's clean up Tony's Iron Man deal and let's say he's back in the Bleeding Edge suit with that version of nu-extremis/RT core. He might not be heroing so much but using Iron Man as a kind of YAY SPACE mascot. This could mean hilarious things like little tiny iron mans as maintenance bots all around the station.
I have so many thoughts sorry, someone let me bounce things off of them.
