"Can't understand? I'll slow it down for you" Characters:Susan Storm, Pete Wisdom Setting: SHIELD Headquarters, morning Content: Swearing, violence? I should cover all my bases Summary: Susan takes a visit to SHIELD on behalf of her father and runs into one of its agents...lucky her.
Susan slipped into the S.H.I.E.L.D building, flashing her badge at the guards as well as stating her business courtesy of her father's connection. He had sent her in order to explore the possiblity of combining forces towards the common goal of power and ability analysis. Though he was adamant about not having his knowledge involved in war, he was interested in keeping his competition close...or allies in some sense. However, since the bombing of the building, security was tight and she was detained at the entrance. Despite her constant protests, the guards refused to yield until she was thoroughly checked out by an offical agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
"But I told you why I was here...I'm the Invisible Woman for godsakes," she argued, blue eyes narrowed beneath her thin frames and hand settled on her hip lightly. All they had to do was bring Mr. Fury down and surely this mess wold be settled and she could go on her way. It wasn't too be done and she was left fuming in between the metal detectors, files huddled to her chest and pumps tapping against the tile floor. So much for team work.
