Tony was getting sort of weird and rambling, but Wanda listened with her wan smile and her eyebrows raised until he made it back into relevant territory (though she did have to wonder if plastic surgery was even a thing anymore, obviously there were still surgeons so maybe- no, now her mind was wandering).
