The cold trek was no time for conversation so whenever Namor made a remark Magnus simply glared. Namor’s comment about Doom’s kingdom elicited a snort but he refrained from voicing his thoughts- that a kingdom under the ocean couldn’t possibly be more hospitable. To each his own, he supposed. He kept his head down and cursed inwardly all the way to the border when the sight of the ruined city was enough to finally draw his attention from his own irritations. My my, what had Doom got himself into here?
If Magneto shared Namor’s concerns at the scanner’s findings he didn’t outwardly show it, only gave a small shrug. His head was running through all the possibilities and they were limitless. Magic could do something like this, and power. An accident could too and he wouldn’t have been surprised if Doom accidentally annihilated himself and his people. Still if this were something other than Doom then he also had to wonder a little nervously about who or what could do this to Victor Von Doom. If it were still here, they were in for a fight.
