That was a good answer and Cassie wasn't going to question it any further. She was still amazed the school had even opened back up so soon, let alone that they were bringing on new people. Well no, that wasn't a surprise if they'd lost a lot of staff but sure, revenue was a problem, she could understand. The woman's next question caught her a little off guard though and she had to think about it for a second.
"Science isn't my thing," was the diplomatic answer with, "Neither is math" tacked on and finally the admission of, "Actually, school isn't my thing." So it wasn't just the biology class she wasn't into, the TA didn't have to be disappointed. "It seemed okay? For science?" Cassie wasn't really sure what the lady wanted to hear, like if she expected her to start gushing about how awesome the class was then she probably should've found a science major in a higher level class than intro to Biology. She didn't seem to want that though and in truth, Cassie wasn't that overwhelmed by the class. "I'm not freaked, though, it just feels like a lot of work for the first week. My friend- boyfriend- he told me I should try to get all my core stuff out of the way early. I didn't think it was gonna be so much at once."
