WHO: Khaos and Hecate
WHAT: Wanna raise a little hell?
WHEN: Saturday morning?
WHERE: Hecate's shop
The feel of New York City after hurricane Sandy was something Khaos rarely experienced any more. Being in America was like one long build up to a completely ruined orgasm. She had lived in countries where chaos was rampant and every day, and in the states she got maybe a few all-out calamities a decade. She had traveled to Louisiana after Katrina and she had stayed in New York after September 11th, and now there was Sandy.
There really was no feeling like a colossal group of human beings, panicking their tits off. Khaos loved it. The inevitable maelstrom of shit that followed a natural disaster or a battle was the only thing that could make her feel even a modicum of something. It was different than her usual, blank existence. Because what she had wasn't a life. Not really.
New York City offered up a huge population of people, and since the events of October, nearly every single one of them was at the end of a fraying rope. All she really wanted to do was give them a tiny push. But in order to achieve that, she needed help.
Having the power to turn an Olympian to stone was nothing to sneeze at, and Hecate had done it to Zeus. That was why she was the first person Khaos sought out to help her. She entered the woman's shop, cleverly avoiding Black Friday in case even magic shops joined in on the post-holiday sale frenzy. Khaos glanced at a mortal sales girl and granted her with what passed as a smile on her lips. Then she poked around at a few odds and ends on some shelves. She knew Hecate would feel her and find her. She just had to wait.
