If Eurydice slacked on her job she would end up losing it and possibly a law suit. So if she didn't at least hear his voice as reassurance she would have some serious problems on her hands. She wondered if they could just go to work with each other. That way at least she'd feel him there at all times and not worry. As his music grew the hope that his voice would return grew with it. Anytime he played she danced; it was just a part of being them.
Her head rested back against his shoulder. The rep had left the room to give them a chance to discuss things and look around on their own. She waited until the woman was out of sight before nodding. "I do. It's absolutely gorgeous, just like the pictures. All it's missing is furniture." And maybe some little Orpheus' and Eurydice's running around. But that was for another time.
