Summary: Draco's life is in a rut. Ruined by the war, all he's got left is his pureblood pride and a little china shop in Hogsmeade. He spends all day watching others live their lives instead of living his, until, one day, that all began to change.

Okay. I know Draco was a Death Eater. I know he was a prat. I know he was never up to any good at Hogwarts. BUT no one, I repeat, no one, no matter what they've done, deserves a Ted.

That was so incredibly cruel, I couldn't believe it!

(I so feel for poor Draco...the proverbial bull in a china shop punishment...too too cruel!)

But I did like the thought of Draco in a china shop. I liked the hurt he felt when confronted with the actual proof of his wife's infidelity and his stance of not wanting to do the same to Potter's marriage. He's grown up rather a lot here and I like that.

As to Harry...well, he's the one who needs to make the choice, not Gin. (How like a man!)

Great read for Christmas day. Thank you.

	I finally had a chance to read it, and wow, thank you so much for this. I love the fact that it was Draco centric and post book, and the slow way that it built up, and Harry admitting that he loved both of them. I loved so much about this fic. Thank you so much. (Reply to this)

	I love how Harry's reaction to Draco is the same as mine; Draco's defeated and sad after the war, absolutely certain that his life is worth nothing much, and I just want to cuddle and care-take him into happiness, and so does Harry! What joy--Harry's courtship of, okay, stalking and foodstuffs is adorable. Very cute story. (Reply to this)

what a truly enchanting story!! one of my most favorite things in h/d fic is seeing harry and draco in unusual professions, and this completely fit the bill, with draco running a china shop and harry being a travel writer. i love how it's harry all along who loves to cook the muggle way and who ends up sending draco lots of food. knowing that it was harry who brought draco soup and a potion when he was sick made me feel warm and fuzzy in the very best way.

i thought it was really interesting that harry found himself in love with both draco and ginny, and i can't thank you enough for the implication that if ginny couldn't accept this, harry would pick draco.

	I really enjoyed this fic! I kept cringing with Draco as Ted knocked things over. I like this idea of Harry enjoying cooking and being good at it, after all that time cooking for the Dursleys. It was also really hot - I liked that first interaction, with Harry nibbling Draco's ear. (Reply to this)

This is a comment coming from one of those "I don't usually read H/D" people (yeah, that's me *g*). I'm so glad I clicked on the story. It's fun and suitably UST-ful, and I love how you didn't gloss over Harry's relationship with Ginny (that it's still a loving one just like we see in the Epilogue) or Draco's pride. You make shopkeeper!Draco and travel writer!Harry so very believable. Wonderful work, Mystery Author!

	oh wow! i adored this! harry's 'courting' of draco was so lovely, and the soup scene towards the end made me squeal with delight! this was such a sweet story all the way through...and then POW! the sex!! holy crap that sex scene made my panties explode! man, i have SO much love for this fic! 	Read this last night, but forgot to comment. =P Fantastic fic. I love fics where we see characters, such as Draco, having odd jobs. =) I loved how even though in the beginning Harry was only looking for a quick one-off, that he became obsessed with making Draco happy. =) (Reply to this)

	I really loved this. I do feel bad for Harry, having fallen in love with someone else, while still somewhat happily married. But they way you wrote this, I just have a feeling that things turn out all right in the end for our boys (I'm not too fussed about giving Ginny happy endings). The sexual tension was perfect, and the sex scene at the end was scorching. Really wonderful fic! (Reply to this)

I enjoyed this very much. The idea of Harry using his invisibility cloak to sneak around and give Draco gifts was charming, and I really liked the notion of Draco selling muggle cooking supplies. :-) I also appreciated that you didn't resolve everything with Ginny at the end, though I agree with the commenter above that it's Harry that should have to choose, not Ginny. But he'll figure that out, I'm sure! Nice work, mystery author.

	Christmas came and went, the sickening good cheer of what seemed like every other living soul in known existence chafing at Draco until he felt raw with it.
