merry_merthur authors, please fill out the information below in a comment to this post. Our word count minimum is 2,000, so you will be beta-ing at least that much. All gifts are due on December 18th, so please be prepared to beta up until then when signing up.
Writers, please be sure to have your work fully edited when you submit it! We highly encourage having at least one beta!

We were so excited yesterday that we plowed through the paperwork and finished all assignments! So, your assignments will be emailed out today! If you do not receive your assignment, please check the spam folder of your email for merrymerthur at gmail dot com. If it is not there, please email us at that address and let us know. Everyone should have their assignments by 5pm EST today!!
If you are interested in beta reading for a writer or in pinch-hitting (writing a fic in place of someone who has had to drop out of the exchange), please either email us or reply with your email address and what you are volunteering for below.

Welcome to MERRY MERTHUR 2010, a fanfiction and fanart gift exchange! We are so excited to be hosting our very first challenge in this fandom and hope you will join us in giving a gift that is truly from the heart of a Merthur fan!
Dates for Merry Merthur 2010:
Sign-ups: Open November 2nd and run until all the slots are full or until November 13th at 6pm EST – whichever comes first.
Assignments: will be emailed by Thursday, November 18th
Submissions Due: December 18th
Merry Merthur Postings: Weekly posts of fic/art through December with all fic/art posted by December 25th
Master List revealing authors/artists and giftees and personal posting on the day of the Feast of Epiphany: January 6th
For this exchange, we will be posting here and atmerry_merthur on LiveJournal.
