I don't think it will be as worrisome as you make it out to be, Otoha-san.

This class isn't set up like a typical class. I have confidence that while on patrol you aren't segregating or picking needless battles. It's a small, educational course that focuses much more on cooperative team work and setting aside racial differences.
[It really isn't anything more than helping others to understand that, while on the force, at least, individuals need to remain unbiased and professional.]
It makes sense that those on the force should listen to a few lectures. In the past there have already been several incidents in which particular defense force members have taken it upon themselves to hand out their own set of punishments upon others of difference races and species. I think that mindset comes from a lack of understanding one another. I don't want to see situations like that again, and if sitting down for a couple small sessions might help, well... I think it's a good thing. Sitting in for a few short classes really won't hurt anyone.
