[Voice|Action|Open] [The apartment is a little bare, but nice. Easy to fix up, Alma thinks, and plenty of space. He's got dishes, silverware, and all the important cooking tools--not that he'll be using them much, since he can't cook--but it's starting to feel like this place could be home someday.
And he's starting to realize he's been wearing the same clothes for days. Washing them works, but he really needs more. So off he goes to the clothing store.
It feels like there's more variety here than there was before. So much to look through. He picks out a few pairs of slacks and jeans, and some shirts, but nothing he cares much for. He's not that worried as long as they fit and their comfortable.
He catches sight of a long-sleeved blouse, with a lacy scarf tied at the neck. It's simple, but pretty. What really draws his eyes is the golden brooch on the knot of the scarf. It would look great with a black or blue skirt, he thinks. Or maybe he could find a red one--
The thought is enough to make him pull away from it and take a step back, uncomfortable.]
Shopping for clothes is really boring. Sometimes I think it would be better if we didn't have to wear any.
