IC Anniversary Festival (Day 200)
Day 200 is coming soon! Since this is an IC anniversary, it is going to have an IC celebration!

Timeline & Activities
The Monday, December 24 daypost for Day 199 will be the first IC hint of the festival. It is going to encourage people to prepare acts for the stages which will be set up.

Then on Tuesday, January 1 (Day 200) we will put up the first of two mingles. It will be the afternoon mingle focusing on rides (ferris wheel, tunnel of love, etc.), games, food, and performances.

Then on Friday, January 4 we will add a second mingle for projections on the dome featuring landscapes familiar to the characters. A Star Trek character might see the bridge of their ship, a planet they've visited, or the place they come from. They make a good example because it's getting a little holodeck-y in here except that all items in the prison itself are going to remain as they are. The projections will cover the entire sky, blocked out only by floating islands and tall buildings and trees. There will be no people or animals shown in these projections so while everyone is welcome to see a piece of your character's world, they won't be seeing their family or Khaaaaan! This mingle will also host a dance! It will be held on the beach again for those who were around during prom. Ah, the memories.

Volunteers: Forced and willing
There will be some areas for characters to jump in of their own choosing, but we are also opening it up for some forced assignments! There will be a kissing booth, a dunk tank, and two stages where people can display any talent (or lack thereof) they wish. If you'd like to force your character into this you can have them break an IC rule on day 198 or 199 and make sure to note which festival punishment you want to get. Please remember some rule breaking comes with additional restrictions. You can also make a request at the kiosk and be told participating will be the best way to have enough rehabilitation points. Not all requests can be accepted this way. This probably isn't your ticket to getting that giant death ray you've always wanted. But we will do our best to work with anyone who wants a way in. There's also peer pressure!

	Hikaru's the kind of guy that would be really into participating in fun things and booths for festivals! He might suggest wearing certain costumes or outfits too, so there's that, haha!
