THE AUDIT EVENT INFORMATION
On Day 303 (December 22-28) the audit is going to step things up by making everyone feel the need to talk about what they're thinking and feeling and bringing up things they've buried or haven't mentioned.

Audit? You may be wondering. Have you noticed Liam theauditor and Francisco theinvestigator running around acting—or trying to act—like fellow inmates? Well, they were sent from the main office to check things out after the virtual reality nature of the prison was compromised to the prisoners. They are evaluating the situation and they've decided to do that more effectively, they need to loosen some tongues.

So my character will realize they are saying too much and hide under their bed, right? Wrong. As much as they might not want to TMI anyone else they will want to do it even more. Even characters who normally shy away from others or groups or network posts that don't explicitly address them will be drawn to all these things.

But what if they REALLY need to keep a certain secret but I still want them involved? Then keep that secret. Make it hard to do. Be creative with it. But have them talk about everything else that is not that secret. Or maybe have them spill it to someone less consequential and then deal with those consequences.

Opt out? Veridical will play a song in the daypost which means it blasts from the loudspeakers on the floating island and plays on your communicator. That will trigger the compulsion to spill your thoughts. If you don't want to participate then they didn't hear the song. You do not need to hear the entire song for it to work.

The effects of the song will wear off by Day 304.
