Clean-up Event Information
On Day 294 (Monday, October 20) all three apartment complexes within MarinaNova will be cleaned following the events of the octonado! The good news is that your characters don't have to do it. The bad news is that they can't be there for it!

The daypost will be directing everyone to leave their comfy beds and all their precious things behind, and bots will be close behind to remove any stragglers by force if necessary. Don't get tased, bro! But seriously, you will be tased if you don't go, possibly a lot. If your character wouldn't normally be subdued by such a thing, then surprise, they have your frequency. It will work!

But don't worry, the wardens wouldn't leave you high and dry. There will be tents available on the beach. There are a few larger ones already set up, but if you want more privacy you'll have to assemble the smaller versions which can fit 2-3 people. Hotdogs and the ingredients for s'mores will be provided near the fire pits.

Inmates will not be permitted to return until the morning of Day 295. When they do, they'll find all their things are still there—even those weapons you've been trying to cobble together. Some things have been moved or reorganized and everything will sparkle!

Violators will be subject to more of that fun tasing and a temporary trespassing rules violation. Sign up if they try to get back in and enjoy some kind of lovely punishment from our wheel of punishments!

What if you're character is really protective of their stash of porn or objects from home or collection of tentacle-themed throw pillows? They can take anything they can carry or drag with them if they really want to haul it around all day.

	Just to clarify, are they going to be kept on the beach all day, as presumably everywhere else needs to be cleaned up? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Many areas of the dome do need further cleaning, but the deep cleaning of the apartments is something the wardens find occasionally necessary for the health and well being of all. Other areas (except those that will be stated in that day's daypost, possibly including the library and movie theater) will still be open. If a character would rather sleep on a park bench or in the clinic or some other area they may do so. The beach is set up more for the evening/night than full day events.

	Is the tasing happening on day 293 as well for the Tier, or do we just have the characters sign up for punishments? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Tasing is a possibility every day in the prison for anyone breaking rules in front of bots if they also ignore repeated warnings to stop their rule-breaking behavior. This is true whether the rules appear on the IC rules page or are announced for a temporary time period by the wardens. So, it would also apply on Day 293. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	...And then the empath got a headache from all those emotions gathered on the beach or the Sector or nearby. This'll be great :D /wanders out to the beach /sudden headache before she realizes she needs to filter all those emotions because wow that's a lot of people in one area (Reply to this)
