[Out and About]

[Duo was doing his thing, finding newbies, and delivering baskets. He was willing to stop and chat to anyone he passed by. In the baskets, as well as in his pocket, he had some pamphlets about the Post Office left over from PM's stay. Though, he knew he was going to have to make up some new ones, soon.]

Welcome Baskets for all Newbies

{OOC: Any newbies who want to thread out receiving their baskets, please feel free! It's not a requirement, but it's good for AC if anyone needs a thread. ^_^ We can start however you want, with Duo contacting the new arrivals via the communicator, or with them meeting up in person. I'm open to either!}
