I'd like to apologize ahead about the noises that will be coming coming from my apartment. We are doing some necessary repairs which should be finished by tomorrow at the latest. In the meantime, I do promise the noises won’t continue past the allowed hours.

This city needs to get the pigeon population under control or this place needs to set up traps or something. I thought I was going to get attacked by a whole flock of the winged rat birds swarming the friggin' fire escape today. What the fuck is up with that shit? Did someone drop birdseed on the escape this morning? If so, fuck off and save the pigeon feeding for the park. I can't even open the window while I practice. Ridiculous!

Good afternoon, everyone! I like celebrating after a couple good hours spent doing much of anything I hate. In this case, it's unpacking. Also, packing. But that's unimportant. The important thing, my fellow tenants, is that I like celebrating with food. I'm an excellent cook, if I do say so myself. But I understand, how can you possibly believe me without adequate proof? Said proof is currently in my apartment in the form of freshly made guacamole, salsa and quesadillas. Anyone is welcome to stop by. Can we please try to avoid putting liquid-y things in the garbage cans in the public spaces? Especially hot liquid-y things? Or at the very least double bag them? I had a bag explode all over my best work shoes today which is honestly kind of completely devastating... It will prevent any leaking and, really, just make the communal spaces a nicer place for everyone! Really, avoiding hot liquids in thin plastic is probably a good practice for every day life, but I can’t control what you do when you’re on your own. Actually, I can’t really control what you do when you’re in the public areas too, but I just want to put a polite request

Anyway, just something to consider!
