I'm not sure what's scarier, the fact that I've survived a week of teaching or the fact that my boyfriend's BFF is trying to give me advice on how to make my office not look completely depressing. Alex, please tell Maria I'm not completely hopeless.

Only that you have the tendency to turn a blind eye to someone who is willing to be there at any time for you and do anything for you until they are no longer able to hold on because it breaks a part of them to know that you don't see them.
