Note: not DH compatible. It follows immediately after yesterday's drabble and thus takes place on Remus' birthday and employs the polyjuice Severus brewed...for himself as well as Remus.

It was all Remus could do not to touch the sleeping child. Teddy was asleep, face pale and tear-stained.

He cleared his throat and took a sip of polyjuice. "He looks normal enough."

Lucius made a little moue of disgust. "He's a metamorph, like my late and unlamented niece. Can you make a potion to suppress it? So embarrassing!"

It was almost too good to be true. "Don't be insulting. What about the wolf?"

"Hogwarts." A mirror shivered and revealed "Remus" chatting with Minerva. "You'll change your passwords?"

Thank God for polyjuice, thought Remus as Lucius handed him his son.
