Hello!
I'm Jac (or Jaclyn) and I've been egged into gently enticed by Beth into being your new Sulu! This'll be my first time RPing ever, so, um, I hope I won't suck too much? :D
I've been into Trek forever, love love love the reboot, and found my way into the fandom maybe half a year ago? It's been fun catching up on everything.

For those of you I haven't yet met on aim, I'm Lynn and I'm your new Uhura! I've never played on IJ before, but I've been playing Uhura on LJ for a year and a half or so. I absolutely love Trek and am so very excited to be in a Trek game again.
I'm totally up for plotting, and I only bite if you ask me to. ;) Aim is definitely the easiest way to get ahold of me (thehauntedpiano), but PMs and email (thehauntedpianosong@gmail.com) work too. I can't wait to play with you all!

Nah, I kid, but I'm hoping to have a great time with you guys. I think you all know Jim pretty well (I would hope at least if you're in this RP...>.>...) so I'll just stick to really introducing myself.
I've been RPing online for about...um....yeah I lost count about 10 years ago...so a while, and I'm a professional cosplayer, I also write fanfiction on the side. I'm online pretty much all the time, and if I'm not, I will be soon. Hello, bookdragon with my third character: Michael 'Burnie' Burnstein, engineer with a specialty in weapons systems/combat engineering. Yes, he is a pyro and really likes blowing things up. And - God help you all - he's Tom Collin's roommate. He will not however (intentionally) blow up anything on the ship. He uses his powers of destruction for good.

Hey all! Lee here with my second character, Hector Wellman. He is a quartermaster, which means that he's a 'getter'. Don't confuse that with 'go-getter' because he is definitely not a go-getter. He merely hooks you up with supplies and the like that you may need. But don't get unreasonable or else he'll make you go stand in the hallway and reevaluate your life list.
He prefers his time alone and is quick to anger. It is perhaps one of the only feelings he seems to actually have. Most of the rest are faked. He is like a robot that has over time, through observation picked up on what people do when they are feeling a certain way. He can pretend he feels your pain when he doesn't, he can pretend he likes you when he wants you to die in a fire - usually because he wants something out of you.
Hector also has a neurological disease that he needs medication for. His brain will send false signals to the rest of him (or muddled signals that cause him to lose control of his legs or arms) however, this would not be common knowledge. Some characters may know but I'll most likely tell you if your character does or not.
Something else that would not be common knowledge - or known to anyone but Hector - he's not really Hector Wellman. Though he has slipped into being him and hasn't thought about who he was before, Hector was once just a young computer nerd named Michael that publicized the arrest records of world officials. He is now Hector. Again, this is just for your benefit. I may want someone to figure it out at some point but not so early on. As for our mind readers, I'm not sure - you'd have to tell me - if they can pick up on memories that the person hasn't thought about in years. Because Hector is Hector now. Like I said, he's not thought about Michael for a very long time. As far as his day to day mind is concerned, he's always been Hector.
So his profile will help you better understand him. That's here. I hope he isn't too scary to plot with as I love the little monkey in his own way and would love to torture thread with your characters. |

Soooo, I couldn't help myself. I NPC'd Areel Shaw back in December and it was just too fun, so here's me bringing her into the game proper!
Her shtick is that she's the JAG lawyer on board. Any questions/problems pertaining to the law? They go to her! She also reviews security proceedings to make certain all rights were respected and stuff like that. (Think of her as the assistant DA type on Law & Order-- to Giotto's cops.) If crew is accused of misconduct by non-Federation parties, she'll represent you. All that kind of stuff.
Off duty, Areel's not really a mover or shaker. She's more chill. She's not a powerhouse lawyer type but more interested in politics and creating something orderly out of the crazy all around. (For this reason, I feel like she'd get on with Janice. :D) Also, she was at the Academy 2256-2258 for a graduate level crash course in space living as she worked with/interned for the senior JAG lawyers, so there's that!
And... yes! She's around, doing her thing. :D Working some with Giotto &co, I imagine, and hopefully friendly with peoples and things! |

Okay, that out of the way.
Hi! I'm Jinna! I am a 21 year old college student, GWS major, beer and pizza enthusiast, odd terminologist and general nerd. My other fandoms consist of Doctor Who and...this. I'm a gigantic nerd who really enjoys RPing (I've been in and out of a lot of them for the past few years ST-wise).
I will be playing the most fabulous redshirt, Nyota Uhura! Her birthday is August 11th, born in Kitua Province, Kenya. She's the same year as most others (54-58), and wants to make all of your acquaintances. Uhura is pretty friendly, down-to-earth, a little serious but can also be very spirited.
In regards to free time, I basically have too much or too little. School ends in May for me, but I'm the most open weekends and Mondays and Fridays. Yo, peeps. it's Loi again with Security Officer Lieutenant Tom Collins, possibly the only man on the Enterprise who wants to get into a Red Shirt. For the moment, however, he's stuck in Command Gold, chillin' out with the other Tactical officers.
He likes away missions, jumping off things, and tacos. Don't talk to him about the Tom Collins cocktail or point out how hilarious his initials are.
