Rules:

1. Icons must meet standard IJ/LJ standards and be within 100x100 pixels/inch.
2. Blending of images ... if links to original images is provided in post...is allowed
3. Effects are allowed.
4. ANIMATIONS are NOT ALLOWED!
5. ALL ICONS MUST BE IN .jpg or .jpeg format so BOTH your mods may see them.

While the MODS are not responsible for policing members of this asylum, if we find that any of the members have been abusing the terms of service from which he or she gets their images, and or the rights under which the the images were issued, said member will be banned. We provided the resources post for a reason!!
