What IS This? [The Golden Age] (Tag: Ninkasi)
Aset hated it when her beloved husband roamed the world. She understood, and even agreed with, the necessity of teaching mortals the laws and morals of the gods. If Ma'at was to be upheld, the gods couldn't do it alone. During his journeys, Isis managed things in Kemet, and had already proven she was up to the task. But they were lonely times.
Asar always made up for his long trips when he returned. Besides the blissful things a husband and wife did when they were separated for long periods of time, he also regaled her with tales from the lands he visited. Some were amusing, some confusing, and some were just delightful. Upon his most recent return to Kemet, he told her a tale that was nothing short of bizarre.

It wasn't that she didn't believe her husband. It was more that it didn't make any sense. It was nearly unfathomable to the young queen. How could anyone do that? What Re had done to her mother was horrible, but this was a whole different level of cruel and grotesque.
While she needed to find out for herself, Aset wasn't about to do it by herself. This was the sort of thing she had to share with a friend. This was even better than the usual gossip they talked about, and Ninkasi would also want to see this, she was sure. So Aset sent out the call.
"You won't BELIEVE what is going on up north!" She asked her friend to join her on the northern shore of the great sea. Once she was there herself, Aset sent visual cues as to her location so her friend could find her.
