Perfect, I'll add 'put affairs in order' to my calendar for tomorrow.

Given the, uh, overzealous nature of it, I'd say it's just someone with a silly crush. I wouldn't worry too much about it; it'll probably just blow over. If it doesn't and you have to let them down, silly crushes are definitely recoverable diseases. It'll be annoying, but fine.

I know, Cas You don't have to I'd be seriously concerned if you were interested in someone who stuffed your locker full of flowers and candy.
