Cast Page Part One • Cast Page Part Two Friends Button • Welcome Message |
Welcome to the credits journal for The West End. This journal is a work in progress and credits will be added as shows are claimed. The shows listed are currently playing in London but feel free to add shows that are not listed as past credits, these can be added. Also when claiming credits, please remember that people don't start out as leads so don't be afraid to create characters that are ensemble members, understudes or swings. We'd also love to see behind the scene people so stage managers, tech people, makeup and wardrobe staff are wanted as well. The more the merrier! Many West End performers have also appeared in productions in the US, those can be listed in your credits but please separate them into US and West End credits. This journal will only be for credits that directly relate to the game. Also movie credits, tv credits are welcome too but keep in mind that your character wouldn't be able to have a full time role in a show and a starring role in a movie at the same time. Watch your timelines please. As for voice credits, if you claim a specific voice for your character, we'll have a place for them here too eventually so if they have a discography, list that in your credits. In order to help you choose credits that fit your character, the mods recommend using www.stageagent.com. Just type in the show and you'll get a description of the show, the roles including an age range for the character and a little information about the type of role (lead, supporting, chorus, etc). Please note that not every show currently playing in London is listed. Feel free to add others and to use shows that have played in the past in your credits as well. Years may be adjusted as necessary but please check with the mods before you do in case the dates have already been adjusted by another player. This website is an excellent resource for finding shows.
